What We Do:Western Appliance is an accredited business of the Better Business Bureau of New Jersey.We are authorized by the manufacturers to perform warranty repairs on washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves, ranges, cooktops, compactors, rangehoods, and wall ovens for the following brands: ADMIRAL - AMANA - BROAN - EAGLE - ESTATE - JENN-AIR - KITCHENAID MAGIC CHEF - MAYTAG - PREMIER - PEERLESS - ROPER - WHIRLPOOL We also provide after-warranty service on the above brands and others including GE, Hotpoint, and Kenmore. Sales and installations of new built-in appliances (dishwashers, cooktops, wall ovens, etc.) are also available. Our parts counter is open weekdays 9 - 5 and Sat. 9 - 1. Who We Are: Established in 1995 by brothers David and Bob Elsholz, Western Appliance is a local company, specializing in the service of major kitchen and laundry appliances. With a combined 50+ years of experience in appliance service, parts, installation, and sales, the partners have successfully adapted their company to industry changes that have forced many others out of existence.The addition of Louise Elsholz to the staff in July of 2000 has resulted in a more efficient and responsive office by utilizing her extensive managerial, customer service, and organizational experience. Participation in ongoing manufacturer training, the use of up-to-date parts and service software, and a comprehensive customer database, enables Western Appliance to provide a high level of customer service. By asking the right diagnostic questions in advance and preparing for the most likely solutions, the staff is able to complete the majority of repairs on the first visit.
